Introducing Life at 3 MPH

This is to introduce "Life at 3 MPH". Jim and Haydee McCarville are preparing to leave September 1, 2014, to walk on the Camino de Santiago from southwestern France to northwestern Spain. Santiago de Campostela is reported to have the remains of St. James the Apostle buried there, as the story goes. It has been a continuously active Christian pigrimage route for over a thousand years and it was an ancient Celtic rite of initiation long before Christianity. Campostela means "field of stars". It is supposedly aligned with the Milky Way. We will have a lot to see, do, walk and talk. This will be our official record. Buen Camino.
